Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify behavioral health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their individual therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to adhere to ethical and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum educational requirement of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from various professional backgrounds, preference will be given to those with experience in trauma-informed care, experience conducting group therapy, or specializations in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or elderly clients.
