Key Responsibilities

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to clients seeking improved stress management and emotional health.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual stressors, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a customized approach to therapy.
• Lead mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques designed to facilitate self-awareness and emotional stability.
• Organize and facilitate group workshops that focus on mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques, and resilience-building strategies, promoting community engagement in mental wellness.
• Utilize comprehensive treatment plans by integrating mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, directly addressing clients' unique mental health needs.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care.
• Maintain precise and complete documentation of client assessments, progress, interventions, and treatment adjustments to uphold the standards of care.
• Commit to personal growth through regular mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
