Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status, history, and needs, documenting findings accurately within our electronic health record system.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adapting these plans based on progress and feedback.
• Provide evidence-based, solution-focused individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions that accommodate clients' schedules while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Respond promptly to crises, providing crisis intervention services as needed, and implementing safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay ahead of mental health best practices and changes in the industry.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients who present with a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. We pride ourselves on adopting a holistic approach that respects the individuality of each client, taking into account their unique experiences and backgrounds in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong client relationships.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle varying client loads efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions by regulatory boards.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting are preferred. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
