Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individual clients to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans using solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address unique patient needs, fostering their personal growth and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
