Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still offering critical support to clients through telehealth services. You will utilize various online platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, using your clinical judgment and available resources to navigate challenging situations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure each client receives holistic and integrated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Remain up-to-date with current trends and best practices in mental health therapy through continuous professional development, training, and participation in workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range widely in demographics and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your expertise will help various individuals and families navigating complex mental health challenges, with a focus on resilience, empowerment, and positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to evaluate clients effectively and formulate appropriate treatment approaches.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards within the therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a clinical setting, including experience with teletherapy, is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client records securely and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, along with a sign-on bonus!
