Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions focusing on personal growth, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address clients’ unique experiences and challenges.
• Collaboratively set and monitor therapeutic goals, maintaining an empathetic approach to gauge client progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or who prefer virtual engagements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and credentials, reflecting our commitment to rewarding talent.
