Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy sessions, to effectively address various mental health issues.
• Maintain open communication with clients and their families, providing education about mental health conditions and encouraging family involvement in the treatment process.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Document all clinical interactions and maintain confidential client records, adhering to professional standards and legal guidelines.
• Stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment techniques, integrating new findings into therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, supporting clients through evidence-based practices.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and strategies for treating mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive client relationships and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote counseling settings is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms efficiently.
• A background in working with clients from diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence in treatment approaches.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and engaging clients in therapeutic activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
