Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health concerns and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating clients' personal goals and addressing specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to adult clients, leveraging solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive change.
• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to provide virtual therapy sessions, effectively reaching clients regardless of their location.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating the ability to navigate emergencies with professionalism and care.
• Engage in professional growth initiatives, participating in workshops, training, and continuing education to enhance skills and stay current within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. As a mental health counselor, you will engage with adult clients, providing them with the tools and support needed to overcome their barriers and achieve their mental health goals. Your work will directly contribute to improving clients' quality of life and easing their emotional struggles.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic disposition, coupled with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• A clear history with no disciplinary actions on your licensure board.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in individual counseling, particularly in a remote or teletherapy setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specialized groups, such as veterans or LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
