Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Develop customized treatment plans that encompass measurable goals and interventions tailored to align with each client’s unique preferences and therapeutic needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications
