Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions to clients through personalized treatment plans, and perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage with clients in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy, to foster deep connections and promote mental health resilience.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by working closely with other clinicians, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with established ethical and legal standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and trainings to remain informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent on experience and client availability.
