Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional and supportive workspace. You will have flexible scheduling options, working Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call responsibilities. Our organization is designed to streamline operational processes, ensuring that IT support, billing, and patient management are handled efficiently so that you can devote your time to your clients. We utilize an advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system that integrates treatment planning, documentation, and progress monitoring in a user-friendly format.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for individual adult clients, utilizing tools and frameworks such as CBT.
• Implement treatment plans that are responsive to real-time data gathered from automated symptom self-assessments and goal achievement measures.
• Collaborate closely with a network of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
• Engage in regular consultation sessions with clinical leaders to enhance therapy practices and discuss client progress.
• Document patient interactions thoroughly within the EMR system to maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include a diverse array of adults experiencing various mental health challenges. This role requires a compassionate approach to supporting these individuals, many of whom may be dealing with heightened mental health risks or complex psychological needs. You will be instrumental in guiding them toward effective coping strategies and improved emotional health.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work, with valid licensure as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• At least 1 year of experience providing independent therapy services, with a focus on the adult population.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in applying cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Proficiency in managing cases involving higher-risk individuals, demonstrating the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual needs.
