Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Leverage multiple therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy—to ensure personalized care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate holistic treatment and better patient outcomes.
• Manage accurate clinical documentation and maintain compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
