Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs and formulate individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and pre-crisis plans, as well as collaborative behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, meeting regulatory requirements while ensuring timely completion.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team, ensuring high standards of client care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with agency standards and practices.
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to comprehensive care.
• Foster open lines of communication with clients and colleagues to promote adherence to contract standards and advance community relations.
• Engage in networking with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and seek potential partnerships or funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and community meetings relevant to mental health.
• Adhere to the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of service delivery.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMHC at Arc Zone, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use issues, and the impacts of developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license from the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
