Beaumont Mental and Wellness Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselors for full-time positions. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from their preferred locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via secure virtual platforms to identify clients' psychological needs and challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and cater to clients' unique circumstances.
• Engage in weekly video sessions to provide ongoing therapy, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet each client's evolving needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, based on best practices and client preferences.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing an array of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. You will provide trauma-informed care that prioritizes creating a safe and trusting space for clients to share their experiences and work through their challenges.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience, with an understanding of the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Effective organizational skills for managing caseload and maintaining precise documentation in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, with a proven track record of managing a diverse client caseload. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy tools will enhance your ability to navigate our workplace efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
