Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans specifically designed for their unique circumstances.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of empirically supported modalities, ensuring therapeutic approaches are adaptable to the diverse needs of clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual therapy or who may have mobility or transportation limitations, allowing for continued support regardless of their geographical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that meets ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Bliss Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable the establishment of a compassionate and trusting relationship with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to show empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities for managing a caseload and associated administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While previous experience in a private practice setting is a plus, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds in mental health counseling who are committed to learning and growing in a supportive environment. Experience with outcome measurement tools and electronic health records (EHR) systems will also be advantageous.

• A competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
