Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of mindfulness-based interventions, including but not limited to MBSR techniques, to promote relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance in clients seeking mental health support.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify specific challenges, stressors, and personal goals of clients, allowing you to tailor mindfulness practices to their individual needs.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation strategies, and various breathing techniques to facilitate emotional regulation and enhance their coping skills.
• Facilitate proactive group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building resilience among participants.
• Incorporate mindfulness seamlessly within individual therapy sessions, addressing unique mental health concerns while promoting holistic growth.
• Maintain precise and detailed documentation reflecting client progress, the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions, and continuous treatment adjustments.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice while pursuing professional development opportunities to remain current in evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
