Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering constructive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and establish initial therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly, providing exceptional therapeutic support and interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position caters to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation with no restrictions.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms such as Outlook.
• A deep understanding of conducting comprehensive intake assessments and creating actionable therapeutic plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices, demonstrating a capability to provide effective remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits
