Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and set personalized treatment objectives.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that include working with couples and families, as well as providing individual therapy when necessary.
• Address a variety of mental health concerns, including relationship stress, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using our digital health records system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multi-faceted approach to treatment.
• Provide education and support to families dealing with complex issues such as separation, divorce, and parental conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with diverse Patient populations, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as trauma, job stress, and relational conflicts. Your therapeutic approach will emphasize understanding the dynamics of relationships and the importance of creating a supportive environment for all family members involved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in working with couples and families dealing with various mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
