The Abundant Health Care Counseling Center is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our innovative team of healthcare professionals working remotely from Chicago, Illinois. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will utilize an all-in-one counselor dashboard, an intuitive therapy platform designed to facilitate online client sessions through video and text. This environment ensures that your administrative burdens are minimized, enabling you to dedicate more time to client care and therapy.
In this role, you will work exclusively with a carefully screened population of stable adult clients who present with low acuity mental health challenges. This means you will provide support to individuals who may be struggling with life transitions, anxiety, or mild to moderate depression, rather than severe psychiatric conditions. We work diligently to match you with clients who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring an ideal therapeutic fit.
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working in clinical settings is preferred. Experience in remote counseling, familiarity with digital therapy tools, and understanding of telehealth best practices will be advantageous.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your working hours and caseload. Benefits include:
