Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, addressing clients' mental health concerns and offering tailored support. Clients are typically stable adults with minimal acuity, ensuring a manageable caseload.
• Facilitate open discussions about emotions and life experiences, encouraging clients to gain valuable insights into their mental health and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by collaboratively defining their therapeutic goals and providing guidance on achieving them.
• Assess clients’ mental health statuses, developing and implementing robust treatment plans rooted in a solution-focused methodology, utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard to manage client interactions seamlessly, including scheduling, therapy sessions, and administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve have been thoroughly vetted for stability, ensuring that you will be interacting primarily with adults possessing manageable mental health needs. Our client assignment process aligns you with individuals of specific demographics and specialties that match your expertise, creating a productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a strong ability to empathize with and understand clients’ needs.
• Proficiency in using digital technology, as this role relies heavily on virtual platforms for counseling services.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle diverse client scenarios.
• Experience in using teletherapy platforms or similar applications for conducting sessions is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on hours worked and case load.
