Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health status of your clients, identifying risk factors and treatment needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and backgrounds.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to your client's preferences and needs.

• Responding swiftly to crises by offering immediate therapeutic support and resources for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
