Work Environment

This role operates within a fully remote work setting. As a member of our telehealth team, you will utilize digital platforms to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and facilitate therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering a safe and trusting environment.
• Diagnose mental health disorders based on client assessments, interviews, and standardized tools.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect individual needs, family dynamics, and cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit different formats and client needs.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to review client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure goals are being met.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists when appropriate to provide comprehensive care and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date digital records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment results in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will also work with families to address systemic issues and improve communication and functioning. Your role is vital in promoting mental wellness and supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proficiency in providing virtual therapy using telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting, providing individual and group therapy services.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Experience with creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to unique client needs.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
