Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure that clients receive integrated and coordinated care tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute creatively to the improvement of clinical services by suggesting innovative strategies aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with diverse populations within our community, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license/certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of California or in the process of obtaining one.
• At least two years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals dealing with emotional and mental health issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate strong rapport-building with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, as it enhances overall efficacy in managing client records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
