Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, including assessments of stability and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to inform the therapeutic process.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop initial treatment goals.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies as necessary.
• Embrace a growth mindset to consistently improve professional practice and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom face unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. The LPC will work with a variety of cases, applying evidence-based practices to create engaging and effective therapeutic experiences that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPC license to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, post-graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with RMS systems and Outlook; familiarity with Excel is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual psychotherapy services, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.
• Experience and comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience working specifically in telehealth or similar settings.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and continuing education opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Mind Wealth Therapies offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
