Work Environment

You will work remotely while being part of a forward-thinking outpatient office. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service quality.
• Assist patients and their families by providing education about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and local resources that can support their journey.
• Engage in professional development by staying informed about current research trends and advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse clientele including individuals facing stress-related issues, long-term trauma recovery, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapies and psychotherapy interventions, tailoring care to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities—essential for effectively navigating complex client situations.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, with a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and community service.
• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly preferred, as we seek clinicians comfortable with remote counseling tools and technology.
