Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver effective, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate action is taken to address their needs.
• Engage in outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, including workshops, seminars, and community events.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
