Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy using a structured CBT framework, ensuring each session is tailored to the complexities and needs of your clients.
• Record session notes and treatment plans in a concise and efficient manner using our state-of-the-art EMR software, enhancing your workflow and focus on client care.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultation meetings with fellow therapists to review cases, share insights, and continue enhancing your clinical skills.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, with free access to continuing education units (CEUs) to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
• Maintain a consistent weekday schedule—no nights or weekends—allowing for predictable hours and personal time.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. You will play a critical role in helping these clients develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and improve their overall quality of life through effective virtual therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Active and independent licensure in Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic services to individuals or groups.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Familiarity with digital health tools and experience providing remote therapeutic services.
• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues, particularly those prevalent in telehealth settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
