Job Description Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Longmont, CO Overview: Our behavioral health team in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy for adults with mental health and substance use needs. Our role involves facilitating individual, family, and group sessions across a flexible schedule. This is an opportunity to support client progress within a collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment setting.
Position Offers: Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift options: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM, or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (interchangeable) Competitive pay: $68,000-$80,000 per year Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Key Responsibilities: Provide therapy for adults with mental health and substance use needs Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including morning and evening groups as scheduled Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans in the EMR Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to support client progress Participate in clinical team meetings and treatment planning Support discharge planning and referrals as needed Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with adult populations, including group session experience CAS or LAC certification preferred Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical documentation standards Treatment center experience a plus Why Join Us: Join a collaborative behavioral health team offering competitive compensation, unlimited PTO, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting adults through mental health and substance use treatment.
