As a Staff Therapist within Rochester Institute of Technology's Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS), the successful candidate will provide high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services to RIT students and contribute to the university's commitment to student well-being, success, and belonging.
This 11-month position is embedded part-time within the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS), where the therapist will provide
individual counseling services to GCCIS students and consultation and support to GCCIS faculty and staff. The therapist will also remain an active member of the CaPS team, collaborating with colleagues across the university to promote
mental health, prevention, outreach, and crisis response initiatives.
This position requires independent licensure and, when applicable, diagnostic privilege within one year of the start date.
