Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse client base.
• Implement effective, evidence-based interventions.
• Create and revise individualized treatment plans.
• Assist clients in understanding their emotions and behaviors.
• Maintain accurate documentation within a secure system.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable with digital therapy platforms.
