Job Position: Nurse Practitioner 
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + benefits 

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and health evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with the care team
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication regimens, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Florida
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on NP studies
  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • DEA license and NPI number
  • Florida Board of Pharmacy license
  • Experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care settings preferred
