Join our team: Hiring Family Nurse Practitioner.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health, patient education, and overall wellness. As a comprehensive Primary and Specialty care organization, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Salary: $175,000.00 per year plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Exclusions:

• No Pediatrics
• No GYN
• No Pain Medication Management
• No Psych Medication Management

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Athenahealth EHR system
• Experience in urgent care, clinic, senior care, or assisted living settings
• Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
• Phlebotomy skills preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with inhalation therapies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• New York State NP License (Required)
• New York State Medicaid & Medicare numbers (Preferred)
• Healthfirst credentialing (Preferred)
