Position SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Allergy and Asthma Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about patient care and have expertise in allergy and asthma management, we would love to hear from you. As an Allergy and Asthma NP/PA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing assessments, diagnosing, and managing the treatment of patients with allergic conditions, such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, food allergy, amongst others. You will work collaboratively with our physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive, high-quality care tailored to each patient's needs.
The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and eager individual who will establish him/herself in a practice that enjoys continuous growth. Must have excellent communication skills, bedside manner, and a strong work ethic with a desire to be part of a team that is committed to caring for the whole patient. This role is exempt (salary) and full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with minimal travel.
The anticipated start date for this position is approximately 2–3 months from the date of the offer. Please note that the official start date is contingent upon completion of credentialing.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe annual salary range for this position in California is $ 125,000-140,000 /year . The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, and experience.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic, if applicable, for extended periods; occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach as needed. Frequent use of hands and fingers for patient care and equipment operation. Must have normal (or corrected) vision and hearing and be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment, if applicable.
