We are a growing network of four AFC clinics across Boulder County (Louisville, two Boulder locations, and Longmont). Our days are busy, dynamic, and highly rewarding. Every patient is treated like family, and every provider is supported like family.
Position Overview
We are looking for a confident, compassionate, multitasking rockstar of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Our clinics move fast—so strong clinical skills, efficiency, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. If you thrive in a high-paced environment, value culture, and want to practice medicine without the heavy bureaucracy of a hospital system, this role is for you.

Nurse Practitioner roles involve advanced clinical practice including health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment management. NPs often specialize in family practice, pediatrics, psychiatry, or acute care and hold prescriptive authority in most states.
Practicing in CO requires licensure through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies — Mental Health. Prospective practitioners should verify current licensing requirements, continuing education obligations, and supervised experience hours directly with the board before applying.
