Nurse Practitioner – Internal Medicine (New Jersey)

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and health screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment outcomes
- Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey
- Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice (Internal Medicine experience preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of NP experience in internal or primary care settings
- Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
