Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled NP or PA with proven experience in aesthetic injections to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a healthcare professional who dreams of owning your own practice and grow with us!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Administer advanced injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, weight loss injections
• Perform advanced laser skin resurfacing, Morpheus8, IPL, PRP, Vaginal Rejuvenation, Hormone Optimization.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's aesthetic goals
• Provide expert patient education on procedures, skincare, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with all medical protocols
• Stay current on aesthetic trends and techniques through continuing education
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient experience and clinic operations
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace that reflects our luxury brand standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an aesthetic injector
• Experience in laser skin resurfacing, Morpheus8, IPL recommended
• Proven expertise in injectables and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Natural, holistic approach, patient-focused
• Strong clinical background with preference for:
• Aesthetics, Wellness, Anti-aging

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid book of business and established client relationships
• Social media presence showcasing aesthetic work and expertise
• Portfolio of before/after photos demonstrating injection skills
• Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining ethical patient care
• Experience in a luxurious, private clinical environments
• Plastic surgery experience preferred
• Dermatology experience preferred
• ICU

• Competitive hourly rate: Starting from $65.00/hour

Work Environment:

• Expected hours: 10-30 hours per week (flexible arrangements available)
