This position is an onsite role within an Assisted Living Facility, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and patients. You will work regular hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics stretching until 8:00 p.m. Depending on community needs, participation in outreach events or health fairs on weekends may also be required. Expect an average workweek totaling approximately 40 hours, where you’ll balance clinical duties with community engagement and health promotion activities.
Your primary focus will be on serving diverse individuals and families in the Stockton area, particularly those facing challenges in accessing healthcare. This role is vital in addressing unique healthcare needs, often involving chronic disease management, preventive education, and health promotion among populations with limited resources.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000–$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
