Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients from infancy through young adulthood, focusing on well-child visits, immunizations, and screenings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suture removal, and wound care.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly, ensuring that accurate medical records are maintained and updating progress notes in compliance with policy.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices, fostering adherence to therapy regimens.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal health outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Possession of an advanced degree in nursing (Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice) with current RN and NP licensure.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in pediatric healthcare or a related field.
• Current certification through recognized boards such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if working in an inpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of pediatric clinical experience is strongly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common pediatric health concerns.
• Experience in performing pediatric assessments and managing chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and obesity.
• Background in counseling patients and families on growth and development, family planning, and mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 126,000 to 150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
