Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, allowing you to directly engage with patients in various settings, including their homes. You will typically work a standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Flexibility may be required for community outreach events or health fairs that occur on weekends, expanding your impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients, taking into account their medical history and current health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, implementing treatment plans that prioritize preventive care and health promotion.
• Design and execute community health education programs that address healthcare disparities and empower individuals within the community.
• Advocate for patient rights by ensuring culturally sensitive care that respects and considers diverse backgrounds and needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
