Schedule: Flexible Full-Time Schedule
Hours: Monday – Sunday, 10:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Availability Requirements: Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred

Position Summary:
The Remote Family Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Care provides comprehensive patient care services through a telehealth platform. Working independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the provider delivers evidence-based care including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, medication management, and disposition planning for patients ages 18 months and older. All patient encounters are documented within an electronic health record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centered Quality and Safety:
- Evaluate primary care, acute care, chronic care, and transitional care patients.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions.
- Provide health education, counseling, and disposition planning.
- Deliver patient counseling related to pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, safer sex practices, contraceptive care, and medication management.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and wellness practices.
- Respond to patient care inquiries and concerns.
- Document all patient care accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
- Coordinate care with internal and external healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.

- Contribute to the implementation of clinic-level business initiatives.
- Ensure complete and accurate patient documentation.
- Verify payment methods and support revenue cycle management activities.
- Assist with payment collection and operational reporting as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license required.
- Must currently hold active licensure in all of the following states:
- Ohio
- Florida and
- Massachusetts
- Ability to obtain additional state licenses and multi-state/compact privileges as required by business needs.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant clinical experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required through:
- American Heart Association (AHA), or
- American Red Cross (ARC)
- Screenshot documentation of active BLS certification and professional license required for submission.
- High School Diploma or GED verification required.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology systems.
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
