Key Responsibilities

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing advanced clinical expertise to assess the health needs of women, effectively diagnosing and developing treatment plans in line with the latest evidence-based practices.
• Managing a range of chronic and acute conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care, including but not limited to family planning, menopause management, and reproductive health.
• Performing essential non-invasive and minor invasive procedures, utilizing current clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Independently making patient care decisions based on clinical judgment while maintaining close communication with the healthcare team to provide coordinated care.
• Serving as a clinical resource for other healthcare providers by providing education and support related to women's health issues, promoting standard best practices in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population of women, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. You will address a range of health concerns, fostering an open and supportive environment for discussions about sensitive health issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or a PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• AHA BLS/CPR Certification with the capability to obtain DEA certification within the first three months of employment.
• Exceptional clinical skills backed by at least one year of experience in outpatient settings focusing on Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills tailored to meet the diverse needs of women.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster effective patient-provider relationships.
• A self-motivated, organized approach to managing patients and maintaining a high standard of care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

• More than two years of recent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in women's health.
• Familiarity with clinical quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Experience in triage and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stress and support the emotional needs of patients and family members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
