Work Environment

This position is onsite at our Assisted Living Facility, where you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive, engaging environment. Regular business hours are maintained, allowing for a balanced work-life routine from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in patients.
• Manage patient medications, tracking treatment responses and adjusting prescriptions as necessary to optimize mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during critical moments for patients in distress.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, including educational workshops aimed at increasing mental health awareness.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling sessions and psychoeducation, strengthening patient coping skills.
• Maintain precise, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient privacy and data security.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
