Job Summary

A growing healthcare clinic in the Rosenberg area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position will provide patient care in a family practice and occupational health setting while also supporting mobile health clinics throughout the Houston area.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience treating patients across a variety of healthcare needs, and a current DOT certification to perform Department of Transportation physical examinations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans in a family practice setting
• Perform occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations
• Administer vaccinations and other preventive healthcare services
• Support mobile clinic operations throughout the Houston metropolitan area
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
  

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Texas
• Current DOT Certification
• Experience in family practice, occupational health, urgent care, or primary care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to travel throughout the Houston area for mobile clinic assignments
• Current BLS certification preferred
