The Family Nurse Practitioner will work primarily in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient screenings, including detailed assessments of patient histories and physical examinations.
• Accurately maintain and update patient medical records during every appointment, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Interpret diagnostic test results and determine the necessity for follow-up appointments or further treatment options based on a patient's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based, quality healthcare while aligning with the organization's productivity and performance metrics.
• Act as a primary resource for patients, offering ongoing support and education regarding their health conditions, including chronic illnesses.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Care Crafters offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
