Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with various dermatological conditions, practicing within the scope defined by your supervising physician.
• Work both independently and collaboratively, identifying when to consult your supervising physician regarding complex cases or patient management decisions.
• Manage a caseload of 30+ patients per day, recording patient interactions and treatment details accurately using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, EMA.
• Supervise and guide clinical staff effectively, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to best practices in patient care.
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and preventive care, fostering a supportive and informative clinical atmosphere.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatological practices and technologies, continuously integrating this knowledge into your patient care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse group of patients, ranging from those seeking treatment for chronic skin conditions to individuals interested in cosmetic enhancements. Your compassionate and patient-centered approach will be critical in building trust and establishing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring that they feel valued and heard throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nurse Practitioner state license and a minimum of one year of relevant dermatology experience.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on dermatology or a related field.
• Board certification as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (DNP-BC) or an equivalent certification.
• Proficient in performing dermatological procedures, such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy, with a sound understanding of relevant medical terminology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and medical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding patient documentation and clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly with EMA for documenting patient visits and treatment plans.
• A background in patient education and advocacy related to skin health.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting, managing a broad range of dermatological cases.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 190,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
