Work Environment

This role will operate primarily onsite within a school facility, providing an engaging and collaborative environment that fosters communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals, educators, and families. Our working hours average approximately 40 hours per week, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the potential for evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Additionally, involvement in community outreach events and health fairs may occur during weekends, emphasizing our commitment to external engagement and public health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's medical history and current health status.
• Diagnose a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions in pediatric patients, implementing both treatment plans and preventive care measures.
• Work collaboratively with local organizations to develop and deliver targeted health education programs that address community-specific issues such as nutrition, physical activity, and mental health.
• Provide culturally competent care, advocating for patients' rights and health access, while actively working to dismantle barriers faced by vulnerable populations.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate follow-up care to ensure continuity and quality throughout the patient healthcare journey.
