United Medical Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional primary care services to our patients, tailored to their unique needs. You will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.

As part of our concierge model, home visits may also be part of your routine, connecting care with patients right in their communities.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in concierge medicine, population health management, or home health will be highly regarded.
