We are seeking a passionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Perspectives in Healing. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional mental health services to students and families in a school setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapeutic interventions to support the mental well-being of children and adolescents.

This role is primarily onsite at a school facility, where you will engage directly with students, parents, and educational staff. Working closely with school counselors and other professionals, you'll foster an environment of trust and support for children facing mental health challenges. Regular business hours from 9 am to 5 pm will enable you to make a significant impact throughout the school day, providing accessibility to mental health services within the educational framework.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will primarily serve a diverse population of children and adolescents within the school community. Your work will address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. These young patients will benefit from culturally competent care that recognizes their individual backgrounds and experiences, contributing to improved academic performance and emotional resilience.
The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 200,000 to 250,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
