Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions in patients, including those with complex health issues.
• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, utilizing findings to inform patient management and therapeutic interventions.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies while considering the holistic nature of each patient’s health condition.
• Educate patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other Nurse Practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide seamless patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate electronic medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with emerging healthcare trends and practices, which can directly influence patient care efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals with physical rehabilitation needs, chronic disease management, and acute care requirements. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized certification body.
• An active and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty, including direct patient care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient and staff relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Nurse Practitioner position ranges from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
