Work Environment

This Nurse Practitioner role is primarily onsite, engaging with patients in home care settings. Your work environment will be dynamic and compassionate, as you visit patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing for personalized care that considers each individual’s unique circumstances. Typical work hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Community outreach events may also require your participation on weekends, emphasizing our organization's commitment to community engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for diverse populations, tailoring care based on individual and family needs.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a current state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
